The house sale project

Hey, this is Matthew. This is one of my personal favorite projects. On this particular job we were asked to help sell the house with the landscaping.

Through out this whole process we were in constant contact with the customer  to make sure he liked everything that was being done. To us that's the most important part of any project

Seeing the colors that were on the house I picked black mulch to match the shudders and make everything feel cohesive.

Then it was on to the outline, I could have just left the bed as just mulch all the way to the sidewalk.

But I had a house to help sell.

So, I used a combination of river rock for the border and white Indian stone under the deck to give brightness to an otherwise dark area.

Of course we can't forget the bushes!

We picked hardy green ground cover and dwarf evergreen bushes, to ensure year round green for the house. A simple yet beautiful combination
